It's amazing how he could play all this without composing it beforehand... and yet, still get it right at the first go . :) And he's only 23! I'm glad to say I can expect plenty of great epic music for my entire lifetime :)
Don't worry, I will start listening to other great composers on YouTube too - like Peter Crowley and Adrian Von Ziegler (I'm currently going through Adrian's masterpieces, choosing the best ones out for sharing :) ).
